  I'm giving a one-star rating because since I've rented from you January of 2017 August 2017 my TV had broke down you've had my TV since August we're going on December 2017 and I've been getting the runaround from the store manager to the people work in they're saying they're going to order the part but then they will say the part hasn't came in just keep giving me the runaround I called him again today which is December 21st 2017 and again they're telling me over waiting for the part when they told me that they couldn't get the part so I am not happy I've been paying my payments Faithfully for them to do this I am not happy and once I'm done with this TV I'll probably never ever ever rent from them again this is insane and ridiculous if I was able to give you a 0 because I'm not happy Tanya m.falk
